Hotel a Broken Arrow

“No hot water. Coffee was all gone. No staff available. Room was ok as far as cleanliness but had a strong perfume smell.”

“Front desk staff were terrific! No tea with caffeine and the breakfast staff was a bit much! It was too much! ”

“Over all it was a good stay. Our rooms bathroom could have been cleaner (used rubber bands on the floor and hair on the wall in the shower) The staff was friendly and the pool was warm. Breakfast was nothing special but it was free and eatable, except the French toast, it was rock hard. ”

“The staff were polite & helpful at check in. The lounge on the 2nd floor does get loud on weekends but we didn’t notice the noise in our 3rd floor room. It is an older hotel that has had a much needed facelift. Our room was clean, beds comfy, and quiet. Several electrical outlets did not work or were too loose to hold phone chargers. Breakfast was great~ waffles, fruit, danish, biscuits & gravy, juice, milk, yogurt, ham/sausafe-were some of options. Kitchen staff were quick to replenish food...

“I did not eat breakfast as I did not want to chance it. The bed sheets and the couch had stains on them. The room had a strange odor, as if someone had been smoking in it. The person under my room had a motorcycle and parked it in his room at night—an overall terrible experience. DO NOT stay here. ”
